SMT QUALITY MANAGEMENT

    Incoming Quality Control

    Check the raw materials according to the BOM table, remove damaged, damp and contaminated PCB components, then follow the SMT process component management rules to exchange or return.

    Pre-reflow Inspection

    Checking whether the printing has missing marks, less tin, tin, and whether the patch has offset, reverse, or skipping the wrong X board, etc., and seek improvement to the engineer and technician in time.
  • 3.

    Post Roflow Visual Inspection

    Manual visual inspection from different angles, to observe the key components with or without floating height, skew, off welding, missing welding, cold welding, dirt and other undesirable phenomena, then paste bad labels.
  • 4.

    Post Reflow Full Inspection

    The product has been tested by AOI, X-ray, ICT\FCT, ESD and other tests, to ensure the correct soldering of SMT patches, thus guarantee that the circuit, capacitance and resistance of the PCBA board are normal
ATTENTION

1. Arrange production after receiving the last item. If the production is required when materials are not complete, need to be negotiated beforehand;
2. Due to customer's incoming defects, such as PCB disconnection, material fakes, material packaging is incorrect, our company does not assume any responsibility;
3. The relevant personnel of the customer cannot be contacted when an abnormality occurs in the production process, our company has the right to handle it by itself;
4. Our company will not take any responsibility for the paste errors caused by the customer's technical data.

AFTER-SALES

1. The SMT order with IC component procurement: promise PCBA warranty service.
2. The SMT order that customer provides IC components: warranty only for mounting problems.
3. Unable to provide on-site maintenance service.
4. Maintenance orders support freight collect of return-to-factory.
