Quality Assurance

IQC
The QC inspector makes a round inspection among the various production process, supervise the quality of each process to ensure that it meets the requirements of the first piece production, and takes effective measures to correct the problem process. Preventing the occurrence of substandard products or avoid it flowing into the next process.
IPQC
All appearance inspection before packaging, ensures that the product has correct color and luster, no rough edges, no scratches, etc. Performs a comprehensive and final inspection and testing of the physical/chemical/electrical/mechanical properties/operation, ensure that the product meets the shipment specifications.
FQC
In view of the packaging status, anti-collision materials, product identification/safety labeling, accessories, manual/warranty, additional software CD-ROM, product performance test report, outer case label, etc., make a comprehensive inspection and confirmation to ensure that the goods are delivered in a fully up-to-standard manner.
OQC

We have established a series of quality inspection rules and management systems from raw material procurement, process, finished products to shipment. We have also introduced LCR precision digital bridge tester, spectrum analyzer, wireless comprehensive tester, static discharge generator and other instruments. as well as vehicle simulated vibration equipment, plug-in life tester, temperature and humidity test box, salt spray test machine and other external environment testing instruments.
